Non-transfer option:

• Boarding starts at 19:00, near Pier 7 next to Dubai Marina Mall. Departure at 19:30

Option with transfer:

• Pick up from hotel (group transfer - waiting time may be up to 30 minutes),
• private transfer round trip from hotel up to 6 pax (18:30 - 22:30),
• Return transfer to the hotel.

Children under 3 years old are free of charge

Children aged 3-10 years old require a child ticket

10 years and above require an adult ticket

Its important not to be late boarding time starts at 6.45pm The boat moves at 7.30 pm

If you are late, the booking will be considered a no-show without any refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations are possible 24 hours or more in advance relative to the boarding time.

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 days or less before the event.
• We will charge a fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event.
